Meetup (on site): An in-person gathering hosted by STEVE STEWART of the Podcast Editor Academy

This meetup will also be hosted in JD’s Restaurant and Lounge, located inside the Scottsdale Plaza Hotel and Resort.

Come hang – and try to convince Steve to by you a drink. (If you’re an editor then it shouldn’t be hard).

No RSVP necessary. Just show up!

The #AskAnEditor booth is open to anyone looking for clients.

If you’re a service provider – such as an editor or show notes writer or podcast manager – then you’ll want to be part of the #AskAnEditor booth.

How it works:

  • Register for a 1-hour time slot
  • Show up with your business cards, flyers, stickers, whatever
  • Podcasters walk by and stop to ask questions about what’s bothering them in the creation of their shows
  • You answer the questions – and by doing so you become the expert

This is the easiest way to get leads for potential clients. I can’t think of an easier way – especially if you’re an introvert or, like me, suck at sales.

We did this at Podcast Movement and it was fantastic.
